Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of 50% of the service(s) booked will be charged for canceling or rescheduling less than 48 hours from your scheduled appointment start time.
The same 50% fee will be automatically charged for no-calls/no-shows, or if an appointment is cancelled due to the client being late beyond the 10-minute grace period, per the policies stated on our website.
